AMY WINEHOUSE

Just listened to one of the Amy Winehouse albums. What a voice. Here's an image I did of her while I was listening to it.....

SCULLERY PRESS

I'm back. Thanks for stopping by while I was gone. Now for something that I've been waiting to post for the longest time. I've had such a good time putting my book together and enjoyed the process so much that I have set up my own imprint SCULLERY PRESS. I've been really excited about this venture and can't wait to get to book number two. Now you can get the first offering "CRUSH" from SCULLERY PRESS HERE. All my printed work will now be available through the new website. Hope you enjoy the book.

OK

Wow, too many things going on, too little time. Another month and everything will be back to normal. So now that the Comic Con is over, where can you get a copy of 'CRUSH"?
It will be available here mid September.

Until then, it will be available online at the fantastic
STUART NG BOOKS.
It’s so new it might not be listed yet, but you can contact them and ask for http://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gifit.http://www.blogger.com/img/gl.link.gif

If you're local to L.A. you can pick up a copy at the well known and often frequented 'cos it's so good
HOUSE OF SECRETS at 1930 W. Olive Avenue, in Burbank.

Also available from the very cool and famed
NUCLEUS GALLERY at 30 West Main Street
Alhambra, California. They will also have it available online soon.

I'll add more places as time goes on.

Now to keep things moving, back to drawing.......

Comic Con Come and Gone

Wow, I had such a great time. Thank you so much to everyone who dropped by and said hi, picked up a book or grabbed a print. I love you all.

I'm not even sure where to start. I was surrounded by the best of the best and enjoyed hanging out and meeting so many fellow artists that I have met through the blog. What a great time. Can't wait to do it again. I'm knackered now, and it's taken longer than I thought to recover.

My thanks go to all who made the con a great experience for me. First, my boothmates made the event fly by. Jeremy, Morgan, Scott, Gabriele and Jakob. A fine bunch of lads I'm honoured to work with every day. Some of the incredible artists I met and now have the great pleasure in hanging out with were Bobby Chiu and Kei Acedera, Stephen Silver, Robin Mitchell, Deanna Marsigliese, Patrick Morgan, Josh and Justin Parpen, Pascal Campion, John Neverez, Kevin Dart, Chris Turnham, Elizabeth Ito, Kristen Lester, Griselda Sastrawinata, Louie del Carmen, Alberto Ruiz, and Justin Ridge. My God what a list of talent. Thanks for making me feel at home. Also Stuart Ng, the nicest book seller I've ever met, made me feel more than welcome and was pleased to see my books selling well off his shelves.

It doesn't end there though. I dropped by and met Dean Yeagle, Octavio Rodriguez, Richard Pose, Mike Roush, Daniel Cooney, Matt Stewart, Francisco Herrera, Kelsey Mann, Billy and Catherine Martinez, Erwin Haya, Scott Morse, Bill Presing, Don Shank, Jeff Pidgeon, Ted Mathot, and I finally met Daniel Davis and his lovely wife Dawna.

Now there were so many I didn't get to meet but hopefully I'll fix that in the future. No wonder the time flew by. Cheers everyone. I had a fantastic and inspiring time.

And here's a handy couple of maps so you get the idea where we are. Come on by to booth 831 and say hello. Also make sure you drop by Ted's blog. He's started to make a list of a whole bunch of artists who'll have tables. Here's where you'll find our "We Blog!" booth....

CRUSH

Very happy to announce that CRUSH, my first book, will make it's debut at the San Diego Comic Con at the end of the month. Can't wait. I'll be sharing a booth with a bunch of talented friends. Listen to this line up....
Gabriele Pennacchioli, Scott Wright, Jakob Jensen, Jeremy Bernstein and Morgan Kelly. Should be a blast.
I'll have prints with me too. We'll all be at booth #831, so if you're there, drop by and say hello. Looking forward to meeting everyone who's been browsing around my blog. I'll also have the book available online a little while after the comic con for those of you who can't make it down or live overseas. So in the tradition of Ronnie and Enrico, the two guys who first made me see that self publishing is within our reach, here's what the books look like....
